Synopsis

An OVA made to promote the Shinkenzemi elementary school course. This was widely distributed throughout Japan as direct mail. Despite it's target demographic of kindergardeners, a large number of Hatena Yousei fans emerged in the online community, making her a popular character amongst fans of MOE characters.
